Well hello world,

This is the beginning of something that I’ve yet to dedicate much time to, but here I am. No job, recent graduate, and sitting in the house tweeting hasn’t been beneficial to me as of yet, so I’m going to try a different approach. Blogging has been something I’ve almost despised since beginning college in 2006, but I’m starting to realize that without a ‘blog’ or some form or experience, the journalism world shuts you out. So again, here I am.

This blog will include several of my favorite topics. My writing, which in many ways is the only thing that keeps me going. My love for music, which is what sparked my love for journalism. And last but not least, my love for food and my mission to become a great cook. I’m moderate at best right now, but with this blog as my form of motivation I believe that I will be able to improve to be a great cook, and an even better writer and music journalist than I am now.

I will deliver nothing but honesty throughout the course of this blog, even through the possible horrible recipes, music, and stories that I experience. I hope that you’ll take this journey with me and enjoy the ride…
